Please confirm that the business is registered in Scotland or if not incorporated, the the business operates from an address in Scotland
Each Award category will require the following information as a minimum: What does the business/individual do within the business, to include roles, titles and responsibilities. If the applicant is not the owner of the business then who is? In what industry sector does the business/individual operate in? Provide a brief history of the business/individual and what it does. How has the business has grown in the last 12 months. Will you be able to answer the above? Each Award category will assessed on relevant questions for that Award and if you can answer YES to the above, we will forward an application form to you on receipt of this initial application form.
